Hi, there! Congratulations on your place at Oxford, and we hope you're looking forward to the start of term! We are a group of students from the Oxford Intercollegiate Christian Union (OICCU) that aim to help international students settle into Oxford. For some, this might be the first time you've lived away from home, so before term starts, we've organised a few activities to help you meet people on the same boat as you. No matter your background, we'd love to have you join us!
The i-Welcome event will run from 1 - 5 October, and will include a tour around Oxford, some sports, board games, and an Oxford must-do: punting (paddling a boat with a long stick/riding on the boat while someone else paddles with the long stick). It'll even have Oxford International Hub's classic weekly event: bubble tea at the Formosan Tea Bar! More details of the events are in the slideshow below:
